Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy Each passenger acknowledges that the Gabriel Communications Cancellation Policy supersedes the policies of the Royal Caribbean International Ticket Contract. Cancellation fees for cruise reservations will be assessed according to the date of cancellation, as noted in the Cancellation Fee Schedule below and will apply to all guests on the reservation. Cancellations must be made online through the reservation system (www.regonline.com/cfrcruise2018) or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-820-5405 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm MT). The refund amount will depend on the date of cancellation, as stated in the Cancellation Fee Schedule below. A change in reservation, but not a total cancellation, such as a stateroom category downgrade, may also result in fees being assessed.

No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by any passenger after commencement of the cruise. No refunds will be given for cruise no-shows. Once any reservation payment is confirmed, the reservation is subject to cancellation fees according to the following cancellation fee schedule. Any cancellation within 30 days of registration prior to June, 1 will be eligible for a full refund. ANY cancellation after June 1, will be subject to applicable cancellation policy.

Do I need to bring cash onboard the ship?

This is a cashless cruise and all gratuities and taxes have been paid. All charges incurred on the ship will be charged to your credit card. You may bring cash for when you are in port though.

What personal documentation do I need to bring? Do I need to bring a Passport?

PASSPORT: A valid U.S. Passport is required of all guests. Please apply for your passport immediately as passports may take a long time to process. Make sure to have it in your possession at all times while on tour. It must be valid for 6 months following the return date of the cruise.

In addition to the Passport requirements, guests are asked to bring with them a second official form of identification in the way of a laminated driver’s license or identification card issued by a federal, state, provincial, country, territory or municipal authority

Can I purchase Travel Insurance?

Could they arrange to have Oxygen shipped to the ship?
CareVacations CruiseShipAssist specializes in the provision of Respiratory Equipment in most major port cities.  Oxygen Concentrators, cylinders of all sizes, liquid oxygen and most other respiratory needs are available and we can assist you in making these arrangements or you can call them at 877-478-7827.
Is there a place on the ship where a customer can refill the Oxygen Canister?

They DO NOT provide this service. If someone requires oxygen, they must bring it themselves, including refills.

Is there a limit on the luggage that I can bring?

Not for the ship – however, most airlines have limits – you would need to check with their carrier if you are flying.

Can you bring a Steamer on board?
Steamers or irons are not allowed onboard. However, there is a full laundry and dry-cleaning service available onboard for reasonable rates.
Are there smoking rooms?

For your comfort and enjoyment, the ship is designated as non-smoking; however, Royal Caribbean  Lines recognize that some of their guests smoke. Therefore, cigarette, cigar and pipe smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the ship. Smoking is not permitted in any dining venue, casino, theater, lounge, hallway, elevator, or corridor. This policy includes smoking-like products such as electronic cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom, nor on any stateroom veranda.  Cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, possess or use tobacco onboard. Additionally, there is a non-smoking policy on all components of the land tour portion of all Royal Caribbean Cruisetour products. We appreciate your understanding and adherence.

Is there Dialysis on the ship?
Guests requiring continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis are welcome to board all Royal Caribbean  vessels. However, Royal Caribbean does not have the ability to assist or administer hemo-dialysis treatments. Guests using peritoneal dialysis should have all solutions and equipment needed to perform the dialysis delivered to the vessel on the day of sailing at least two hours prior to sailing. Is there a midnight buffet?

The cruise lines don’t do the “midnight buffet” anymore. It turns out that over the years – it was a large waste of food. With all of the health conscious folks now – it is not worth the cost to the cruise lines. However, there are places on the ship that are open for food after hours.

Will I need Immunizations?

No special immunizations will be needed.

Can we bring our own drinks on board?

Guests are not allowed to bring beer or hard liquor onboard for consumption or any other use. Guests wishing to bring personal wine onboard with them at the beginning of the cruise may do so, limited to two (2) bottles per stateroom, but when consumed in any shipboard restaurant, bar, or dining venue, each bottle shall be subject to a corkage fee of $25.00. Alcoholic beverages that are purchased in ports of calls or from the onboard shops will be stored by the ship and delivered to guest’s staterooms on the last day of the sailing.

Is there a refrigerator in the Staterooms & Junior Suites?
There is a mini bar/refrigerator in every type cabin and they can be used to store medications if necessary.  If there is not enough room with the mini bar items we kindly just ask that you request the stateroom attendant to remove the unwanted items to make accommodation for their medicines.
